Come and enjoy! - Betty - Connexions for Women presents a special monthly event for Singles! Saturday Singles Brunch & Mingle - With guest chef Morgan Paschke, Chocolitier Saturday, May 28th 11:00 AM - 1:00 PM Featuring Morgan Paschke and friends plus the "Betty's List" team . . . Castro Location (Details with Reservation Confirmation) Our bevrage table features bottomless mimosas, wine, june and other beverages. Shots of tequila, s'il vous plain, courtesy of Peligroso Tequila Mix and mingle, share a toast and favorite music selections. Make new friends and contacts. Each one leads to another one and the universe does its work. Just a bit of guided discussion. Just a bit of sparks may fly! A standing room only crowd of women joined us for the first two. Now, we're ready for more. More, more more! More food! More fun! More good cheer! We are proud to announce that a dear friend of long-standing, artist Irene Hendrick, will be our Guest Chef. "Chef Irene" is planning a British menu! Brunch begins at 11:00 AM and ends at 1:00 PM. After the brunch, you'll have the option for visiting Crystal Way, a lesbian-owned and operated business in The Castro with a 20% off offer on featured items. Are you a chef or all round good cook? Perhaps you'd like to help plan the menu for an upcoming Singles Brunch. * Additional Notes - (1) Reservations for Winners - If you have won a complimentary reservation to the Saturday Singles Brunch, it is important to contact us to reserve your space. This event will reach capacity and if your space has not been reserved, you will scheduled for a future month. (2) Valuables / Lost & Found - Please note that neither "Betty's List" nor our volunteers are responsible for lost items of any value. If you must bring an item to the event that needs to be secured, we will help you with this, but we cannot assume responsibility. Our event operates on the assumption that everyone respects the honor system and will be careful not to mistakenly take items that belong to others. (3) Connexions for Singles Group Site - "Betty's List" operates a private and secure "group site" for our Singles program participants. Participants in our Singles program will be interested to join. There is no charge to participate in the group site during 2011. If you have questions about the Connexions for Women group site, just send a reply to this message. (4) Matchmaking - "Betty's List" does not offer matchmaking services. Many, many couples have met at our events. The universe does its work when we bring women together. We have collaborated with matchmaking or dating services in the past, but have no plans to do so at this time. If you have questions, please just ask. * "Betty's List" Connexions for Singles Program - Since 2006, "Betty's List" activities for Singles have continued to evolve and change. We've learned a lot about what Singles want, which formats work best and what's important to do or not. When you participate in our Singles program, you'll be among the first to hear about what we have coming up next so you can have first chance to make reservations and help us spread the word too.
